Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout. Luunor cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Luunor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist you.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
