Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Luunor, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refund Policy.

30-Day Refund Eligibility

If there is an issue with your order, you may request assistance within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

Refunds or replacements are only approved under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The item received is significantly different from its product description

To submit a request, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Luunor reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.

No Returns for Change of Mind

To maintain fair pricing and efficient fulfillment, Luunor does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product or variant selected by the customer

  • Personal preference or expectations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

Return Requirement (If Applicable)

In most cases, customers are not required to return items. If a return is necessary, instructions will be provided by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Luunor

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Luunor support before opening a payment dispute. Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution while the case is reviewed with the payment provider.
